Fill out a short application so I can see where your business is and where it's going. I review every one personally. If it's a fit, you'll get your contract and invoice (with the payment plan option) and we lock in your kickoff.

The Operator Audit. We kick off with a 2 hour deep dive, then meet for 45 minutes every week. Your growth targets, operations, numbers, team, tools, and calendar, all on the table. The audit tells us where to focus, what to build first, and what to stop wasting time on.

We build what your next level requires: the org structure and hiring timeline, the KPIs you'll lead from, the workflows and handoffs your team runs, and a leadership rhythm and calendar built around where you're going. You'll have homework. I'll have homework. This isn't a course. We're building in real time, with async access between sessions so decisions don't wait for the next call.
