FULL POUR RETREAT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Host: Christiana Garza ("Host")
Client: The individual registering for and purchasing a spot in the Full Pour Retreat ("Client")

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Host and the Client for participation in the Full Pour Retreat, held November 12 to 15, 2026, at a private estate on Lake Travis in Lago Vista, Texas.

1. Purpose and Description

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the details, inclusions, and responsibilities for participation in the Full Pour Retreat, as described on christianagarza.com

The Retreat Includes:

  1. Three (3) nights of accommodation at the private retreat estate, in the room tier selected by the Client at checkout.

  2. Meals and refreshments as scheduled throughout the retreat.

  3. Facilitated experiences including breathwork with Taylor Murphy, Human Design work with Nicole Laino (pre-retreat report, group session, and one-on-one), plus group coaching and workshops led by the Host.

  4. Additional activities may be added at the discretion of the Host.

Not Included:

All costs not explicitly listed above are the sole responsibility of the Client. This includes airfare, airport and local transportation, travel insurance, souvenirs, offsite lodging, additional meals, and any personal purchases or services not stated herein.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Method: Payment shall be made via the Host's website or an authorized invoice.

  2. Finality of Payment: All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  3. Payment Plans: If the Client selected a payment plan, all scheduled installments remain due in full regardless of attendance.

  4. Credit Option (At Host's Discretion): In the event that the Client must cancel or becomes unable to attend, the Host may, at her sole discretion, offer a credit toward other Christiana Garza services or programs.

    • Credit requests must be submitted in writing.

    • Credits must be used within 60 days of the retreat start date.

    • No guarantees are made regarding program availability or future retreat openings.

  5. Emergency Exception: In cases of documented medical emergencies, the Host may, at her discretion, offer a partial credit toward future retreats, minus administrative or unrecoverable costs.

3. Client Responsibility and Acknowledgment

The Client acknowledges that participation in this retreat is voluntary and assumes full responsibility for their choices, behavior, and experience. The Host does not guarantee specific outcomes, business results, personal transformations, or financial success from attending the retreat. The retreat experience is intended for education, inspiration, and personal growth.

4. Disclaimers

  • The Host and any guest facilitators (including Taylor Murphy and Nicole Laino) are not acting as medical doctors, therapists, lawyers, or financial advisors.

  • All coaching, breathwork, movement, and wellness practices are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.

  • The Host is not responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or consequences arising from information shared at the retreat.

  • Any third-party providers (photographers, transportation, massage therapists, etc.) are independent of the Host. The Host is not liable for their performance or outcomes.

  • Testimonials or results shared are examples only; individual outcomes may vary.

5. Health, Safety & Medical Conditions

  1. The Client agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications at the time of booking.

  2. The Client affirms they are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in retreat activities.

  3. The Client acknowledges participation in breathwork, movement, excursions, or other physical activities is voluntary and at their own risk.

  4. The Host assumes no liability for injuries or health issues that arise during or after the retreat.

6. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

The Client understands that retreat participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, or illness.

By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client:

  • Voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

  • Releases the Host, her employees, assistants, guest facilitators, and the venue from all liability for any loss, injury, illness, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.

  • Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host and her affiliates against all claims or damages arising from their participation.

If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary, the Client authorizes such treatment and agrees to be fully financially responsible for any resulting costs.

7. Media Release

The Client understands that photos, videos, and audio recordings may occur during the retreat. By participating, the Client grants the Host full, perpetual rights to use such media for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, without compensation. If the Client prefers not to be featured in media, they must notify the Host in writing prior to the retreat start date.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the retreat, including guides, workbooks, practices, and digital content, remain the exclusive property of the Host. The Client may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or teach them without written consent from the Host.

9. Non-Disparagement

Both Parties agree to communicate respectfully and refrain from any public or private statements that could reasonably be construed as derogatory or damaging to the other Party, including online reviews, social media comments, or other communications.

10. Travel, Transportation, and Insurance

  1. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation and ensuring arrival on time.

  2. The Host is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues with flights, ground transportation, or other forms of transport.

  3. The Host strongly recommends the Client purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost property.

11. Force Majeure

If the retreat must be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the Host's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government travel advisories, or other emergencies, the Host shall not be held liable. The Client will be offered participation in a rescheduled retreat or a credit toward future programs.

12. Loss or Damage

The Host is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, theft, or any travel-related issues occurring before, during, or after the retreat.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  1. The Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication.

  2. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association within 90 days.

  3. Arbitration may occur via telephone or video conference.

  4. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Entire Agreement and Modifications

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Host and Client. No amendments or modifications are valid unless made in writing and agreed to by both parties. Each party affirms they have read this document fully and enter into it voluntarily and in good faith.

Client Acknowledgment

By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated in this Agreement for participation in the Full Pour Retreat.
